Nick Budich

Regional Account Manager

As our Northwest Regional Account Manager, Nick Budich covers the states of Washington, Oregon, Northern California, Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, and South Dakota. 16 years ago, Nick initially jumped into the tent & event world with Prime Time Party Rentals out of Dayton, Ohio. Over the next 14 years, he developed a deep knowledge of the extensive “behind the scenes” work that leads up to, and follows, a successful event. Next, he joined up with Kohler Catering for two years where he gained experience in the finer details of event management by creating unique experiences for each customer. Nick’s comprehensive background in tents, logistics, operations, and event management allows him to understand clients demands, help solve their issues, and exceed their expectations.

With interests firmly grounded in military and US history, Nick loves playing trivia, building dioramas, collecting G.I. Joes, target shooting, and World War Two Reenacting. He can even recite the Gettysburg Address! While he’s not helping clients or brushing up on past events, Nick cherishes the quality time he spends with his wife of 11 years and 7-year-old son. He also enjoys learning about how things are made and how they work, as well as hiking, gardening, and cooking with his family.

Nick can be reached at 310-505-7240 or by email at n.budich@aztectent.com

Frame Tents

Frame Tents feature a skeleton of aluminum framework and steel connectors to support the tent top. Although this style of tent is "free-standing" by design, it still must be anchored to resist wind forces. All styles of frame tents have no poles that come to the ground in the interior space of the tent.

Pole Tents

Pole tents rely on tension in the membrane to hold the shape of the tent system. These tents are supported by single or multiple centerpoles in the middle of the tent area and a series of sidepoles around the perimeter of the tent area. The tent is tensioned toward the anchoring locations commonly with a rope or ratchet strap.
