Honor a 50-year tradition of innovative design and fine craftsmanship by participating in the annual 2017 Aztec Photo Contest. For an opportunity to win, share your best and most iconic event photos showcasing an Aztec Tents product.

Winners will be featured in shared, full-page ads in upcoming issues of InTents magazine along with promotion on Aztec’s website, social media, and print material. Additionally, Fan Fave and Best Crew Photo will each receive a grab-bag of Aztec Tents swag. Best Daytime and Nighttime Photo will each receive a $1,000 credit towards their next Aztec purchase. While all of the other contest category winners are selected by the Aztec Marketing Team, the winner of the newest category “Fan Fave” is selected by the public on a Facebook Album uploaded by Aztec.

Frame Tents feature a skeleton of aluminum framework and steel connectors to support the tent top. Although this style of tent is "free-standing" by design, it still must be anchored to resist wind forces. All styles of frame tents have no poles that come to the ground in the interior space of the tent.

    Pole tents rely on tension in the membrane to hold the shape of the tent system. These tents are supported by single or multiple centerpoles in the middle of the tent area and a series of sidepoles around the perimeter of the tent area. The tent is tensioned toward the anchoring locations commonly with a rope or ratchet strap.
