New In-House Digital Printing Capabilities


We're thrilled to announce the latest addition to Aztec’s ever-expanding list of in-house capabilities: the completion of our full-service digital printing department! While we've been printing on tents for years, this upgrade puts complete control and capability directly in our hands, enabling us to better meet our customers' deadlines and design criteria.
 

Previously, we partnered with a local printer for our printed products. Now, with this technology in-house, we can eliminate steps and delays in the workflow, benefiting both our company and our customers. President Alex Kouzmanoff remarked, "As requests for graphics have increased over the past few years, it became clear that this was a crucial step for us. Integrating digital printing into our process gives us the final say in print quality, cost benefits that enhance our competitiveness in manufacturing, and full control over the timing of printed shipments to our customers."

Frame Tents

Frame Tents feature a skeleton of aluminum framework and steel connectors to support the tent top. Although this style of tent is "free-standing" by design, it still must be anchored to resist wind forces. All styles of frame tents have no poles that come to the ground in the interior space of the tent.

    Pole Tents

    Pole tents rely on tension in the membrane to hold the shape of the tent system. These tents are supported by single or multiple centerpoles in the middle of the tent area and a series of sidepoles around the perimeter of the tent area. The tent is tensioned toward the anchoring locations commonly with a rope or ratchet strap.
